Your ColorWare VIP Welcome Kit includes a brochure detailing the benefits of the Premier and Elite Memberships, Your Concierge's Business Cards, ColorWare Card containing your Unique Code for ordering, and a set of ColorWare's Color Samples.

Your information and orders are kept in strictest confidence to ensure problem-free orders. If you want anyone to know we colored your product, you get to tell them.

This allows you to let someone else do the ordering for you. Assistant, Family, Friends? You can change the Additional Authorized Buyer List at any time.

You have your own personal Customer Service Representative within ColorWare. This means you deal with the same person who has knowledge of you and your preferences. Your Concierge is available by phone, text messaging, email, or instant messaging whenever you need assistance.

Your Concierge has your payment and shipping information on file, so once you enter your Unique Ordering Code, your Concierge completes the additional steps.

Since you are a valued and trustworthy customer, we don't have to verify your credit card information and shipping address each time. This means less time between placing your order and your product being shipped to you.

All shipping is automatically upgraded to Next Day Air shipping or your preferred method of shipping.

ColorWare's "Send-In Mine" is restricted to the United States of America, but for you…it's available regardless of where you are.

You have full access to our Custom Color Matching Service. Send in a sample of what you want matched, or we can create a custom color for you.

You can put your own personal touch on your products with the use of your initials, logo or emblem.

Create your own logo, emblem or art by working with one of our designers.

Have an idea, but you want to know what it looks like before you order it? We will provide you with as many mockups as needed.

This is ColorWare's "Send-In Mine" to the extreme. What do you need colored? Vacuum, Golf Clubs, Guitar? Just send it in! We'll do the rest.

Choose any of our custom colored Smart Phones to be sent to you at no charge.

If you have any of our products and need an emergency replacement, simply contact your Concierge and we'll replace the product or give you a temporary replacement.

Do you have a special project that requires an On-Site Consultation? We will send a ColorWare Designer to assist you.

Your order is given priority status throughout the coloring process.

If we release a new product, color, or service, you hear about it first. Your Concierge will use your design preferences to send you a mockup of the new product.

All on-hand products are available to you first. For backordered products, you will have priority when we receive the product.

You want your laptop to come with specific software, but you don't want to deal with the hassle of installation. Call us and we'll take care of it.

These will be the required annual fees to have access to the extra features our VIP service brings you. They will be due every year on the date you first signed up.
