If a product purchased from ColorWare Inc. ever experiences operational failures the customer should contact ColorWare directly for service options. To receive service for any ColorWare Inc. customized electronics you must contact the appropriate support department and fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form (hereafter referred to as RMA). There are a number of ways to go about doing this including filling out the proper form on our webpage, emailing us at support@colorwarecustom.com, or calling us toll free at 888-452-6567 (507-474-6567 international). We will respond to all RMA requests in approximately 24 hours of receipt within our normal business hours. Please be prepared to provide the name of the original purchaser when seeking warranty service as we cannot honor a warranty without this information.
